Peter H. Ruvolo (August 31, 1895 – January 27, 1943) was an American lawyer and politician from New York. ==Life== He was born on August 31, 1895, in Alcamo, Sicily, Italy.〔(Copy of death certificate ) at Together We Served〕 In 1906, the family removed to Brooklyn. He graduated ''magna cum laude'' from St. Francis Xavier College. During World War I he served in the U.S. Army. He graduated from Fordham Law School in 1921, was admitted to the bar in 1922, and practiced in Brooklyn. He married Catherine Foran, and they had four children. Ruvolo was elected as an alderman of New York City in November 1934, to fill the vacancy caused by the death of James J.
